I’m Gissella, a proud mom of two and the co-founder of Enchanted Cleaners. With over a decade in
hospitality, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of managing short-term rentals (STRs).
I was caught in a cycle – seeking quotes from handymen and cleaners who didn’t grasp the STR
operations or the importance of cost-effective services for profitable guest visits. Training
